Welcome
This website belongs to Gallery By Inhesion. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Gallery By Inhesion. By browsing, shopping, or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. If you are not comfortable with them, please do not use our site.
1. Who can use our site
You must be of legal age in your country (or have a parent or guardian’s permission) to shop with us. Please use our site and products only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect others.
2. Our promise to you
We do our very best to show colors, artwork, and details as accurately as possible, but every screen is different. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit purchases or refuse service at our discretion (though we hope we never have to).
3. Placing an order
When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to buy. We will send a confirmation email once we accept it—that is when a contract exists between us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in rare cases (fraud concerns, stock issues, etc.). If that happens, we will refund you fully and let you know right away.
4. Payment & security
All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping & returns
We ship worldwide with love and care. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We happily accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. (You will just cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or
incorrect.)
6. Intellectual property
The artwork on our mugs belongs to the talented artists we partner with. Please do not reproduce or resell the designs. Our site content, photography, and branding are also protected by copyright.
7. Your privacy
We cherish your trust. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy—you can read it anytime.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the new terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Our mugs are made with care, but they’re still ceramic—please handle them gently. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gallery By Inhesion won’t be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
